HelloFresh is on a mission to create a more sustainable food supply system. To get there, their marketing team needed a data-driven, on-demand system that could quickly scale. But a mix of clunky business intelligence (BI) tools and burdensome spreadsheets held them back.
The marketing team required granular campaign, ad group, and creative-level reporting to get the right insights across brands, channels, and markets. Data analysis challenged HelloFresh marketers in three ways:
